New character leveling (How do YOU do it?)

Hello fellow DBs, I wonder how you guys level up your new characters. I my self have always leveled myself by hand.
but now im trying my luck with leveling a HC character (my first this season) by doing normal bounties only.

Im not sure this is the most efficient way, I just simply don't want to solo leveling by him, and a rush 1-70 doesn't seem like the best idea, since he would have no starting gear then. So if you guys have any tips'n'tricks, they would be very much appreciated.
 
Start of season, manually leveling 1-70 through rifts.
After that, simply 1-70 boosts.
 
That is also what im doing, and have been doing this season :) but now I wanna try my luck with creating a HC character, so I won't get any haedrig gift help or anything. So im not sure a 1-70 boost would help me very much.
 
Go to season powerleveling community, join it and join chat and ask for a powerlevel there

When you say this is what I should do, could then also provide some answer on how I get started botting? Since I will be stuck on lvl 70 Hardcore, with 0 items after a rush?

Never levelwd with bot, but after rush u can go leech some rifts for gear (ask a friend to do a full clear then u can walk in map and grab gear) on sc u can go straigth on pub games and leech like crazy lol
 
And you keep treating this like it is Softcore :( - But thanks alot for the suggestions though.
 
I started a HC monk a few days ago without haedrig gifts either. Currently 350 paragon, 40m toughness and 1kk dps.

First thing I did was 1 of each bounty for 3 of each mat, cube will be important early on.
Then bot nephalim rifts on HARD until you have full rare (yellow) set. You may feel like monsters die too easily, but get a single elite with bad affixs and you are gone.

Don't go up difficulty too early, on SC you move up when you 1 hit shit, but on HC you move up when you can survive molten/arcane elite affix.

Moratorium is a good leg gem regardless of class. Use all diamonds in chest/legs, and either diamond or amethyst in helmet. I use diamond.

Once you hit 60 or what ever, use your anti death passive ASAP! Other passives should be defensive.

Thank you for a usefull reply :D - I started a Crusader, but I seem to have some problems with the bot choosing weird passives, leaving him with errors and shit :P - But it's moving forward!
 
Oh don't forget that leorics crown is a guarantee drop from skeleton king when between lvl 20 and 65. Takes 10 mins to get to him in act 1. Cube this thing until you get a better helmet required for the build you want.
 
start char, load questing profile on yar, set trinity to pickup yellow and higher and auto upgrade (ran at hard or expert)
once questing all done, set bot to do bounties till cube sufficiently filled, and set trinity to upgrade yellows (ran at t1 rising to t10)
by now we are past lvl70 and into paragons, so run grifts set to pickup legendary s only. (ran at t10 with max grift set)
This gets us all the gems and we done with the majority of the season

I'd love to see this work on HC. How many chars you been through?
 
i dont play hc much.
I did hit 40death/hr at one point lol
