When this has come up previously, most mention that the bot hooks into the mouse, to simulate the clicks that a person would do. This would prevent you being able to do anything other than what you can do now, which is simply push a button. You cannot direct it, as it has full control of the mouse.
I'd guess to do this would be a complete rewrite of the system. From a business perspective, for the hours required to do this, there is no reason to do so. This is, and always will remain, a bot meant for those who want to AFK farm currency to sell. I'm almost certain that fact will only change when someone passionate comes along with similar interests as yours, with really good developing skills and a desire to work for free for quite awhile (they may get hired if they do something really good - look at Heroes bot). Until then, you'd best look for a different bot.
