Greetings all Devs and former Devs,

new era has began - separate the wheat from the chaff.

Today we deactivated all users, from which we have not received the new contract, that is active from 1st July. If your contract is on its way, write here when you sent it and if it can be tracked.

A. If it can be tracked, give me the tracking information on Skype.
B. If it can not be tracked, take your copy and fax it to +49 32121 377001

there are no other options to be activated for the time being.

All of you that have signed the contract and i received it, are fine - everything goes as usual.

All of you that do not want to continue with us, your products got deactivated.

C. You can continue to give the support needed until the next add-on or for 18 months since release, whatever occurs first.

If you do want to abandon your product, then it is on you, if we get too many refund/chargeback/moan requests we will redirect the users to you. We will give them your contact information.


We will stricktly look at the following things with the ppl that stayed with us:

1. Our store is the only store to sell your BuddyBots related additions.
2. We will decline any additions that have no value or cold be done in a single one but instead are ripped off in multiple.


To the ones that did not get yet their money for June 2015. Sorry that it is that late, it is not automated and i am the only one in charge of it, i will try to finish that today or latest tomorrow.

Any of you, even the ones that have not signed the new contract, the ones that abandoned their products and the ones that continue with us will receive their money. But again, if it turns out that we pay out of our pockets we will forward that users to you.

If you are angry or happy or want to moan, this is the place to do it.

A: No, you are still a Community Developer, the tag was not 'Store Developer'.

//Update on Store Income Forward 06-2015

All Bank transactions have been processed, the payments should arrive Friday(EU)/Monday(non-EU)

Now the bad news, you can blame me that i did not have enough on PayPal to do the PayPal Store Income Forward payments, it was just enough to send half of them, and here i prefered the ones with the already signed contact. The ones that did not receive their payment yet will do so on Friday or Monday, depending on when PayPal will add the money that i just sent to them.

If you want your payment on the way, feel free to Skype me and give me your IBAN / BIC. Then i can send your money through our bank account and it should be there on Friday(EU).

If you want to moan and blame me, you can freely do below. Anyway this will not happen a second time.

I assume that the contact information will only be handed out if the developer does not meet its contractual obligations. If the 18 months of support or next expansion are launched, you will not provide the information towards customers?

We are not speaking about adding new features to a frozen product that can only be used by the users that bought it prior to the end of it sales. What i do not want is, that half of the products that where sold are not working anymore because the developer abandoned them at free will.

I hope it is now more detailed and shows what we do want to achieve. We do not want unhappy users that bought a product and then it does not work. You are free to not bring up Arena in this discussion.

That is fine. As long as you actually "check" before acting. It would be a shame to reveal developers information even when it's contractual obligations have ended.

accidents happen, yes it will be paid out.
 
Why are payments not being paid every month, as revenue is calculated? Instead with 12-15 days offset?

As of now you all got your payments before they even reached our bank account! Now you think this is impossible and how so ?

If your company has grown a bit, you will find out very fast. Generally with PayPal they say -> oh you are big now, from now on we will withold 5 % of your daily income for 90 days. And you can do nothing about it.

When having a payment provider to take care of over 80 different payment options and they then bundle them to a single payment that goes to you, you could imagine that it takes some time ... or you can not, depends.

Last months money came this wednesday.

ya, some more, some less but ye everyones working hard in his own way - of that i'm sure

dont think so; paypal payment notifications are instant, i'd bet next week
 
All Bank payments where submitted on Wednesday and should have reached you on Friday.

All PayPal payments where the developer signed the new contract where proceeded in Wednesday, the other ones on Friday. This means that everyone should have received the amount in question, if that is not the case write here and PM me in skype.
