New banhammer for 2013...[4/6] US 1/4/2013

4 of my accounts just got hit ;_; The 2 that didn't get hit were the ones i just set up 3 hours ago

These are accounts that was made a week ago with 294 build. I had 6 accounts on the infamous 12/18/2012. I think I barely broke even at the end of the day with the new accounts...I accumulated about 700 million which I will save for the inevitable PVP match for maximize profit. I didn't get to unload gold for today since I didn't expect a ban so late in the evening and on a Friday(10pm PST blizzards office).

3 accounts paragon level 80 BANNED
1 account that I started up 4 days ago(Monday) BANNED

2 accounts that i started today UNBANNED

Well I guess that explains why part of the auctions I was bidding on suddenly disappear before the time expire.
 
Does it really matter? Clearly whatever new method of detection they now have wasn't circumvented with the latest version of DB.

you could see that i made this thread soon afterwards that i got banned

I still haven't got the account closure email for whatever reason, blizzard just doesnt randomly send you that your auctions got cancelled unless you've been banned.

did they fix the RMAH "bug" ?

When the big wave was there, and i got banned, i got mails the day after that my auctions was sold and 2 days after that i got the money. (money enough for 2 more accs) :)
 
Sry for your loss.. Did you use a relogger and forget to turn it off during maintenence? And how did you level those accounts?

Well there wasnt really a maintenance if I recall in the time I made those accounts until they were banned(It was a Holiday a week before). Im not sure why it matters how I leveled them, got someone from d2jsp to powerlevel me to 1-60 in a few hours with MP10 method if that helps

Its all theory, but if you used really short profiles - like queen and vachem - i think it matters. But since they were leveled by hand, then i guess you were just unlucky..

There is no such thing as luck. He did something, or he is just full of shit. He didn't even fill out a ban report. What profiles was he running? Was he running 24/7?

if blizz is using behavioural analysis to detect bots, it'll be very difficult for db's team and also the profile creators to imitate a human-playstyle.

Well, I made accounts after last banwave and no bans yet. And I've gone 24/7 on both, both running same profiles, etc. You can look at my previous posts.
