new and cant log on

I just bought honorbuddy last night and I have not been able to log on, I pluged my key into it and my information should be right but it says Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!

I would really like to get this going >.< pvp season just started

Invalid Account Details=wrong login info

make sure you are using the key as described here
