New agreement/tos after D3 Maint

I noticed after the schedule maint.. when logging in it ask you to agree with a tos/agreement. Well at first it just list the things they did but as u scroll down youll notice there is a section where it says some thing along the lines that you are giving consent to let them scan your memory for third party programs and may send information to bnet regarding this.

I am still noobish to botting is this some thing we need to worry about before running the bot?

Bigger profits for people who actually bother to bother with trading. Not really sure if worth the hours compared to real work though.
