I read this and I must laugh...

So the official statement from the Hellb***y admin is just ridiculous.

Update:
Now the admins started to delete posts und rename threads. :-/
Also they threaten with legal measures, if somebody takes his money back from presale

We have reports that people have been banned.
But not everyone who used HB has been banned! So the bot is still undetected.

People got banned because:
- they botted too long (>10 hours per day)
- always did the same quests for hours
- disabled the "kill error reporter function" in the launcher
- used another bot / hack

If the bot would be detected then 100% of all hellbuddy users would be banned now.

Those bans were most likely collected by hand or by analyzing server logs.

We have 23 accounts (all on EU-SERVERS) since the beta.
- We used the bot on those accounts since the beta, every day.
- None of those accounts was online longer than 10 hours per day.
- Most of them were online for 7-9 hours!
- We used a multiple profiles on a single account (3-4 launcher profiles for every single battle.net account) that went online at different times with different quests...

To everyone who got banned: We're sorry for your loss but you knew the dangers of botting.
There are no refunds (beleive it or not, but that orange screen when you start the launcher actually has a reason to be there for at least 4 seconds! you should read it!)

So Hellb***y lost now one more possible customer.

Most of the people have botted only a few hours with different profiles. Anyway the got banned.
And otherwise there were people which botted 24/7 and they don't get banned.
So what now?

I see absolutely nothing wrong with this. Unless you can prove him wrong. Everyone needs to assume that blizzard would at least monitor this site since their suing boss. They would have know that a new bot went active and with all the post about how its sucks cause it does this and that i'm sure they can look for the patterns.

Why are you talking about them monitoring this site? The original post clearly says hellbuddy, which is a different bot than demonbuddy..

Te same would apply to WoW. If you bot for more than 10 hours on the exact same profile you are asking for a ban.

If I am right, they can also be simply not online in this time ;)

I've been botting 24/7 on 7 accounts for weeks, and everything was fine this morning before I shut them all down before maintenance and went to work.
It's detection of SOME kind, but definitely not "habits".

Can you read? can you put the dots together? This is not the BuddyTeams bot so cool your beans

Funny part is... Hellbuddy tried to rip off the buddy teams name and failed oh so badly. An unknown bot coming in trying to claim it has all this advanced warden shit and full inject full libs in the game.... Come on. What did they think was going to happen. Glad I never fell into the pressure of my friends saying it's a good bot to use and it's safe. To me... Safety is #1. Thats why I ALWAYS have trusted HB team. Even with the slip up with rift. They learned and came back from it with soring rainbows out of there asses in victory with there other bots. And I've been here for 2+ years. I trust them with any of my accounts.

Oh and he says 100% of accounts would be gone in a ban wave. Not true. Been botting for 3+ years and have had accounts that have gotten banned in a banwave while others I still have to this day. So there lack of knowledge of botting also puts me off to them.

And RainbowDash is a cheap rip off of CodenameG. Just thought I'd put that out there. He had the flamboyant pony's first.
