Never received my KEY for the past 24 hours after Payment!!!

I did not receive my KEY, i try to email buddy support and Tony keep replying with the same Buddyauth to check for KEY when i clearly stated that i did not receive my KEY and refreshing and relogging does not help at all.

I bought a lifetime Euro 39 1 session and just few minutes ago i try to buy a 1 day trial and same thing happen i did not get the key again.

This is rather frustrating and i want to get this over and done with soon. KINDLY SUPPORT AND ENSURE QUALITY SERVICES AND TIMELY DELIVERY IS MET
