I thought i had this problem too, i found my key in the buddyauth website under keys (The code is inside the page) If you dont have anything bought in there you may have a problem and need to email support as tony stated


Edit: I believe forum account and buddyauth portal account are 2 seperate accounts (is for me anyway)!
