I didn't find any profiles fitting what i wanted / working.
This Profile farms the Warmaul ogres around the ring of blood in Northern Nagrand.
it will keep all beads and cloth whether you decide to use the vendor or not.
The Vendor IS Horde but if you remove the line
<Vendor Name="Osrok the Immovable" Entry="19011" Type="Repair" X="-1332.88" Y="7197.08" Z="34.19086" />
And Replace with
<Vendor Name="Trader Narasu" Entry="20240" Type="Repair" X="-2726.229" Y="7282.372" Z="40.8956" />
Then it'd work but the vendor is quite a distance away.
after babysitting it for aprox 30 mins there was no problems except for a bit of terrain bugging that it sorted itself out.
Testing on a 85 Belf Rogue using the Mixed Mode it worked perfectly averaging about a stack of netherweave and 30 or so war beads but that may vary considering i 1 hit each mob
