"Network Disconnect" "The game connection has been lost; your client has been disconn

Please go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register with the account that you used when you purchased the bot and your key should be there.
You can also fix the Max Sessions error by killing the active session hanging on the server.

If not, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, email, and payment information so that we can get the issue resolved.

That's not the problem, the problem is the one in the title. Lots of people have my same problem, there is more than one topic. Tony asked to reproduce the error and post a log, i was lucky enough to see it happen and i got the logs. we already knew there was nothing in the logs, but Tony insisted.
 
I'm having the same problem and I couldn't find it in my log too.

omfg Tony, this is the log, and there is nothing inside OFC, like 10 people already told you, the problem has not shown in the logs, can we skip the formality where you ask the people to open their own threads and focus on solving this problem?

I didn't edit anything. I've 3 bots running with the same folder, don't know if it's because of that, anyway, when i saw one of the bots getting disconnected, i deleted all the old logs, and i tried to make the bot work, i pushed stop and than start again, still nothing, than i had to use tsk manager to close, db since it wouldn't respond or crash, and i couldn't close it from the window.

Hi Spitfireqt, in order to provide "valid" logs (all logs are valid somehow, but a lot of important info is frequently found at the beggining of the log, like compiling errors and such) you need to provide the full log.

If something like that happens to you again, look at the clock, wait 2 mins. Then go to the logs folder, order them by date and time, and the one ending at the exact time is the one related.

I've also been suffering this from time to time. For some people unchecking checktools plugin seemed to help, it wasn't my case. Still can't figure why this is happening, and sadly I can't provide a log (the amount of bots I'm running makes it difficult to identify the correct one, especially now I'm not in front of the comp as much as usual)
 
The logs you've provided have been edited to remove some portions. Provide a full log so we can better help to assist you. We can't do anything with the logs you've provided

Exactly, and i'd also like to point out that Tony was the one asking to delete all the other logs to provide only the ones during the problem. Also, make your own thread, so that we save time, they will ask you to make your own thread anyway.

I have turned off all the bots on all my computers...and manually logged into diablo.
Still having those network disconnects, so it might be blizzard?

Yes, the problem is that db doesn't crush, and yar can't relog the bots, and not even the gold timers works.
 
um I seem to have fixed my problem for the mean time ...fingers crossed
i read on d forums that you should Forward the ports 1119 and 6881-6999
on your router maybe that will help

You think you managed to fix your problem because you haven't suffered it in 1 hour? Well, it aint the same problem as mine for sure. It happens to me once per night on 10 bots or so.

Btw be careful opening ports on your router. That is the kind of thing you shouldn't do if you aren't expresely asked to, and even so, 1 port is fine, a range over 100 ports is NOT.
