.Net Runtime Error

Hello,

For a while now, I have been getting this error:
.Net Runtime Error
Can't Process Managed Resources

Sometimes it didn't give this error and I could connect to the routines... But lately, it happens a lot. I searched and couldn't find viable information.

I removed and re-installed HB, didn't work... cleared settings folder didn't work.
I used the Buddy Wizard, didn't work.

Log attached, I think.

With DX9, this error has been very very seldom.
Seems to be working fine now.
