.Net Runtime Error ( Can't Process Managed Resources )

Hello everyone,

Please hear my plead for help!! I have just returned to WoW and after trying to run the buddy software it seems to keep giving me this bizarre errors (read title)

Now i have done fresh install of the bot and ran it with "Singular" combat class and everything seems to be working flawlessly, which suggests that it is a problem with Tuanha's combat routines. I have uninstalled all .NET framework & C++ redistrib and ran the BuddyWizard.. nothing.. have tried to run the software with different compatibility settings ( always as administrator ) & that has proven to be worthless as well.

Please help me! Any insight you can provide as to how to fix this issue is immensely appreciated.

Buddy v2.5.11412.747
Windows 7 x64
Visual C++ 2008/2010/2012/2013 x64 & x86
.NET Framework 4.5.1

Any tips or advice ?

I have contacted TuanHA about it already.. but any help through these forums is appreciated.
I have tried to re download the donor version of the CR & properly unblocking them while doing all the necessary SVN updates to the files, no luck though.

not sure, make sure its completely installed correctly and everything is in the right place.
