.Net Framework Problem

Hello, I'm having problems starting up my Honorbuddy. when I click on it and hit "Run As" then I run as administrator I get this error "Honorbuddy.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error" To run this application, you first must install one of the following verstions of the .NET framework v4.0.30319, Please help me and btw i run windows 7 64 bit Thanks

Never mind fixed it but if there is some else who got this problem just download files from here Microsoft .NET Framework Client Profile 4.0.30319 - H?mta And it will work
