I used quest 3.2 in campain mode, don't kill him and go lvl 2 to make the checkpoint. New game and no boss ? I've have already do it and it's working very well something has changing ??

Take off anything that does damage passively (monk swirls, firewalker boots, etc) because if you do dmg to the door the MOMENT you step in, it destroys the door. The door needs to be intact to trigger the animation sequence of the boss.

I am Wizard as well and doing T4-5.

Familiar, Energy armor, Force weapon. Slow time and Archon. (frozen orb as well - not using it..)

Glass, bluir, elemental exposure and audacity.

Also using Templar with azurewrath.

It works like a charm for me aswell on T4 (playing WD)
But i got a problem where it sometimes pops 'Big Bad Voodoo' in the room before manglemaw and it looks like its only when there is a 'chest' (Stone Vault)
Maby its DB issue i dunno..

i give away all my secrets now

anyway.. simple disable the looting of chests containers etc. it will still take xp pool and shrine and wont pop.. ur games per hour AND ur lph will get boosted too

Excellent profile. Running this on T4 with 745k 3.1m demon hunter, ~60games / hour with 185k exp/hr and 843k gold/hr. That exp is unbuffed because I just tried T5 and got steamrolled even with templar all skills active legendary.
I am having some issues at the moment looting the squarish looking thing that is there maybe half the time in the chancellor's tomb room right before manglemaw.
I've checked my trinity settings, that slider is all the way to the right and the destructible option is selected.
Happens on both .5 and .6 versions of the profile.

Demonbuddy -> Settings -> Bot

Tweaked the profile a bit more for use with SimpleFollow and managed to get to 93 eGames/hour up from 60eGames

@Masakari this isnt a bug, try another version of profile and read First post again

Actually, it was a bug, in a sense anyway. Turns out running Steed Charge with this Profile isn't too great. Or well, I guess it's really Trinity Combat's fault. It was attempting to Steed Charge in-place to "Heal" after killing the boss, and afterwards it kept failing to Town Portal. (Profile probably thought he already did)

Swapped from Steed Charge to Bombardment, came home to see a full page of Legendaries in my Stash. =)
