Nephalem portal, salvage, bloody pieces

Hello. Sorry for my english. I need help for some questions

1. In nephalem portal bot dont pick up all death breath and sometimes stone of portal.
2. How to configure bot that it salvage all items except ancient?!
3. How to configure bot that it use bloody pieces ?!

I use NephalemRift profile and adventurer and trinity plugins

Solved
1. Just restart db
2. In trinity use item rules
3. Just install last version of trinity

You need download adventurer plugin, and in folder profiles you found Adventurer/NephalemRift.xml and other (great rift, bounties, keywardens)
