WHEN EVER i try to run honerbuddy a window pops up saying could not load file or assembly fasmdl_managed,version=1.0.3829.8764. culture=neutral.public key token=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependecies. the system cannot find the file specified. PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY want to run the bot and im sick of this bullshit happening...

Sorry, you're having problems. The first place I'd check for a message like that is the .NET 3.5 SP1 framework installation. Instructions for performing that are here...
