Is there a way to get email notification once the new patch is ready?
 
I noticed an update in AB, is it safe to use already or that was an old update?
EDIT: Nvm, it seems it was an old one, Unknown Glyph Version.

The latest archeage post about new third party software detection.. do you think that only applies to land hacking? Do you think AB will still be safe to use?
 
I believe using a land scan and land grab is dangerous atm. Some how they could detect people who are using those.

Not Sure though.

Personally I believe they are going to be monitoring us next. I'm not sure they will do a huge banwave; trion did so with rift and now their game has very few players left. I think they will be more like blizzard and occasionally ban the worst offenders. As always, when using any type of 3rd party program you should know the risks and expect to be banned at some point. Don't ever log into ab with an account you are not willing to lose at some point. Period. I lost accounts during the first ab banwave that did nothing except log in with ab and use scarecrow occasionally for planting (never afk, no reports). Was I mad? Not really, because I took precautions to keep my main from ever being linked to ab account as we all should who have an account that we can't risk losing.
