Need some help

I need a DK CC that will basically just run to something and melee it or maybe icy touch while running towards the mob. I'm using my DK to farm in low level areas and don't need him summoning his ghoul or death gripping lvl 30 mobs. I'll try and figure it out myself tomorrow after work but figured one of you experts could do it in a few minutes. Thanks if you can help in any way.

in the developers section, i made a guide on CC Creation, that would be a good place if you only need a minimal CC without a lot of logic
