how do I set a combat routine I am triyng 2 hours now and results are = 0 just cant understand it ( how do I set it?

I am trying to set diablo3 Act 1 v4.0.2 witch found here in fallendev posts.. ( I did the wizzard instructions but I dont understand or better said I dont know how to set the profile for the routine
