Need some guidance.

Hey guys I am fairly new to botting as a whole and I have run into a couple of issues regarding questing bots and would love some clarity in the matter. I downloaded Kickazz's Questing Profile from the SVN since I read that they are some of the best profiles around. However I must have mucked it up somewhere along the way because they seem to glitch A LOT on the quest hand-ins and can't pick a reward item at all.
What is the problem here? Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing any plugins or such that remove these glitches?
