Need some guidance from experts(?)

Hello all,
I have been a long time user for these solutions, plugins, etc. I am a big fan and usually I find what I need in store, or in the forum. However, couple of things I am lost about these days (I quit for a year and just coming back on).
a. Templar seems to be off. Not working. Grinding bot doesn't work either. Is there a new way to grind these days? I don't mind buying a new mod that works.
b. Hunter rare pets. I am trying to find a solution to let me my hunter loose to track, find and tame rare beasts for himself. What solution should I use? (found few outdated ones on the forums)
Your feedback as legendarily and experts in the game/botting is much appreciated. Thanks.

b. There is no "rarekiller" addon atm. You can ask in the rarekiller thread if someone has a working solution and wants to share it with you but there is nothing from Bossland directly for this sorry.
