Describe the problem.
I can't do anything with such a vague/nonexistent description.

I think deleting the settings folder should fix it.

discribe the problem....? why do i need to put log as a attachment then? thats the the discription of the problem....

the problem is when i want to start up hb it will log and crash or it will crash when using on my toon

deleteing the settings file solved this wil try to run it now

Because, giving me a log just shows me why HB is not starting up.
If you need help with your problem you need to actually tell me what it is, instead of me trying to guess, like i just did.

now when i want it to start questing the bot stops on itself and tells me this

Bot Stopped! Reason: Could not create 'CurrentBehavior' in quest bot; an exception was thrown: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

That is a known issue.
Please finish the quests in your quest log manually and start the bot again.
