Click "Settings and Tools" in the new window that pops up, under the Mounts Section.
uncheck Random and Automatic
then in the boxes type in the NAMES of the mounts you want to use.
try and stick to mounts that are more common.

wow is CLOSING? or Crashing? if its crashing there should be some crash text from wow that we're going to need.

the only thing left to do would be if you would want me to teamviewer your machine so i can fix the problem remotely, not sure if you wanna do that. if not the only other thing i can think is if there is something wrong with your windows install.
