Need help with updating a profile now that its in the store only

the profile was SVN when i got it now its in the store wont update thru SVN and i cant "Obtain it"... its pure rotation v2. some help would be nice just wished i could stay with the SVN stuff for free routines

It auto updates from store
 
i have tried everything... i have even tried to get new routines from the store and nothing happens..
 
Unless im blind or something the only option i have is "Obtain for Free" nothing else is clickable on the screen
 
After you click it in the store should have a my purchases top right
 
If no one helps you before i get home i will help over teamviewer if you want
 
Well click purerotation v2 under routines and get it free then click my purchases
 
Hi, Captian,

The red box should have text in it that says:
"Error! Purchase failed. You don't own a key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Pleae make sure you are using the buddyauth account hat your Keys are bound to."

We've got a bug report against the "empty red box" issue already open.


As to your problem...
You are trying to make purchase from the store with a fabricated Buddy Store account—this won't work. You must use the same email address that was used to purchase Honorbuddy. This article should help you resolve the problem:

Only one problem with that.. i have the key but not the email anymore.. a buddy and i went in together to buy honorbuddy a couple years ago and he has since passed away so all i have is the keys left.. seeing as we used his email in the process.. i have my own seperate email linked to this.. can i use my email and the Key that i use to log into HB?
