How do I download a bounty plugin for trinity instead of adventurer?

Trinity controls anything to do with combat, looting, selling, salvaging, opening chests, etc etc.
Adventurer is like the navigation system that guides you through rifting, greater rifting, bounties, and keywarden farming, upgrading your gems in greater rifts.
Quest Tools is kind of like an older version of Adventurer. It used to (and still does) handle navigation, rifting, greater rifting, keyfarming, etc.

A lot of the profiles created that use Quest Tools are outdated. Adventurer has become the new all in one, does pretty much everything, beast profile. Its currently very actively being developed.

The only other 2 plugins you really need besides Adventurer and Trinity, are Armory (spends your blood shards for you) and maybe Uber Bot, which will use your machines from the keywardens to farm Hellfire necks for you.
