Need help with SchamWOW!

Hey,
I had a question as to the shaman healer to heal with the CC SchamWoW Bobby Dragon Soul Hard Modes.
It's about the people explode in the raid at Yor'sahj HC because the 5 stacks of debuff,
But how can I setup the Custom Class that no one will explode?
I want that the CC only heals people who have less than 5 stacks?
