I've read numerous threads and spent many weeks playing around with ISboxer and still not getting the results that I want... Whenever I start up 15 instances, they only run for a few minutes and then start crashing... At first demonbuddy stops responding and leaves the diablo 3 characters on standstill, but then the Diablo 3 games themselves start crashing as well. This goes on until only 1-2 instances are left standing. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong if anything at all. Could I please have some help with this issue? Do I need a SSD to run this many instances? (currently using 7200 rpm hard drive)

I was also getting the P.O.S.T. popup for hard drive failure for a few days in a row but then it stopped appearing all of a sudden. Could me running these instances have stressed out the hard drive? I only bought it recently brand new.

Would you mind posting your computer specs please?

I use ISboxer as well for 3 bots and get consistent crashes at least once a day, but nothing at your level.

Sounds like an overheating cpu. Not many setups can handle 15, so you have possibly overclocked your cpu to achieve this.

If so, then the first test is to undo the overclock and see what happens.

Check my guide from signature. Maybe will help, or not. But I see your problem is you're forcing your pc too much.

I7-3770k cpu overclocked to 4.5, runs at 55-65 C on high load
16 gig corsair vengeance 1866 ram
used Nvidia 660 Ti overclocked gpu that I bought off Amazon. I get the occasional, "your display driver has stopped working" and a black screen for 2 seconds while it reboots the card. This doesn't seem to affect Diablo 3 though.
750 watt PSU

ram keeps climbing in %usage, caps at around 14.5-15.5 gigs when the instances start crashing
Had troubles running 32 gig at 1866 or 1600 so only installed 16. Might be possible to run 32 at 1300 (not sure if duel channel supports 4 sticks)
Lastly, maybe I need an extra video card to run dual sli?
