your Hb must be on IB mode
as for the inside(IB) settings depends on your char/spec etc

yes,its normal
if a dungeon is blacklisted for a reason your toon will leave

Cause I got into a dungeon and everything was working but the CC was an awful healer. It couldnt heal through a regular mob in one of the dungeons. Dunno how to fix that but its gonna suck if I have to que as dps to get gear...

your toon is pulling no matter what?

Yeah. Or hes running in the opposite direction of the tank and pulling diff mobs.

you can also test it with a low lvl char(need to be able to join at least 1 dungeon and a non Shaman in your case)

Well its working right now. At the beginning it was running it the wrong direction. But i started it again in mid dungeon and its working fine, should i still check another character? Also. can you help me make my CC healer not suck?

just adjust the settings on the CC config panel

also make sure that your talent tree is the proper and also you must have decent gear

If you have a look in the Shamwow thread, he has a few links on the first couple of post that may help you. Correct gearing will help you alot aswell.

Make sure you have the latest version of shamwow. Shamwow is an excellent CC at healing. I've only used it in arena/BG, but i'm sure it can heal a heroic provided the toon is properly geared/specced.

Why the fuck is like every dungeon / heroic black listed? Its like every other one it quits and gives me the 30 min debuff.
