Need help with grotesque damage expulsion!! Not working...

Ok so I have avoidance at 100% health damage multiplier at 1.6 but it will not avoid this explosion on GR104 they 1 shot me. I need help fixing this using the necro cdr corpse lance build. I can do a gr104 in 6 minutes but when I get a full rift of these I only have like 3 minutes left. I am guessing this is physical damage? Pretty well geared 2600 paragon.

Just wondering if you got a chance to look at that also I notice on some "next level" portals it seems to not click them pending the rift like the ones that you have to go downstairs to get to. Got a fresh install 2x im pretty sure you guys are aware of this its been awhile. Its on those rare rifts it wont go to the next level :-(

DB doesn't dodge grotesque expulsion at all, I always die when if a grotesque near by me.

Unfortunately I do not its rare I'll Teamview my computer and notice it and correct it by going to the next level after hitting pause. (hard to do on a phone lol) It will run around the whole level looking for it with an expired timer. My inactivity timer I am sure has stopped a few I am guessing too or my relogger.
