Need help on kickazz 1-85 profile

I need help changing my character to NOT go learn skills every single lvl.. its taking me for ever to quest ebcause of this, its beggining to be a hassle. I need a really dumbed explanation on how to do this, as i have no idea how to navigate through HB.

Settings & Tools > Uncheck train new skills?

ctrl+f - TrainNewSkills

change True to False for all
