Need Help Making A Plugin

Okay so what i want to do is make a plugin that will run keybind press sequences that are easily setup and can be looped. The purpose of this is Crafting. Setup keybinds to whatever rotation your action bar is set to with a two or three second delay between each action. How can I accomplish this with RB?
