All you do it put it in each of the DB folders in the plugins.
Open all the D3 and DBs. On each DB's plugin click simplefollow and config and uncheck all the invites on the followers and load simplefollow_relogger for those guys. For the main have invite friend 1-3 on. Load adventurers GR profile or T10(id advise doing solo t10s if you have the gear its a lot faster and only do group GRs, but its not terrible to start if you can't do solos on all).
