Need help getting started

New trial DB user here. I'm very interested in using DB, but I'm having a terrible time getting it working. I've downloaded the .zip version and gotten it running, but beyond that I'm having trouble getting it to do anything. The manual helped me get it to this point, but it hasn't helped me determine what I need to do in terms of choosing profiles, plugins, etc.

I've tried with an Invoker Crusader. He just stands in town. If I walk him into a Nephalim Rift, he'll run around some and occasionally kills and loots, but usually just stands around and has to be manually moved again.

Any suggestions on how to get going here? Is there a walkthrough on how to choose and load a basic profile? I currently have a Thorn Crusader and UE DH available at a Torment X level.

I'd like to get a good test in before my 3 day trial expires. Any help getting started would be greatly appreciated!

This session, the crusader would fight and loot if mobs were nearby, but then would just stop and do nothing until manually moved. Also had to put him into the rift manually to start.

update Trinity and use Trinity as your combat routine,you can do it under DB settings

That seems to have done it! TYVM!

Now to just figure out the various loot settings.
