need help; disconnects off bnet + lag

having major lag issues and DC issues,
im running on every bot; around 10k ms world and home, which shouldnt be possible when i ussualy run at 17 fps on ultra
(and they're all on low, checked my ram - thats fine)
its like its only ingame i lag, nothing is wrong with my net either...

it litteraly says; you have been disconnected from b.net
you have connected to battle net.
any help?
tips?
ideas?

I was getting weird disconnects earlier but put it down to my isp or the servers being odd after morning maintenance.

yeah, after like..
10 disconnects in a row, and massive lag (when i played legit) i gave up - next day all was fine ;D
