Need assistance

So back in may i bought tuanha's druid cr, for 20$ i still have the email. i've tried contacting the user on several occasions and have yet to get the Gift key because of the switch over to the buddystore. Any assistance on getting this key would be great. Since it's very much needed, and already paid for. If i need to i can attach the Letter of Authorization of my payment to Tuanha. I also bought his paladin cr, which works amazing. However i'm just asking for assistance because i dont'have the druid one and yes its on this same honorbuddy key.

And this was may 4th, i then got an Email to go to his site for a gift # to recover paid version on the Buddystore.
I didnt open that one until a couple days ago because i took a break from wow for a little bit. I've heard nothing. And it told me to contact Tuanha, for the key.
