Alright, I'll challenge you,
Set: 2 characters, 1st is an alchemist, 2nd a jewelcrafter
Steps:
1) Transmute every possible carnelian + heartblossom into Inferno Ruby
2) Mail them to another character
3) Logout
4) Log in the JC character
5) Craft any of the following: +40 agi, +40 int, +40 str
6) Sell the jewels on AH

Where? Right outside the starting alliance base?
Why? Because you can AOE one and Kill the Tanks and x3 mobs to loot.
How? Thats your problem!
