NEED 1 GOOD SPEC that WORKS for PALLY!

I am a Ret pally and I have tried so many of these macros in previous threads and none work. Im a level 82 pally and can BArely take a level 81 npc. Can someone please help me out and give me a set that will actually work. he doesnt heal himself when needed. He doesnt drink or eat. alll the kerys are in the right numbers. he buffs every thirty seconds.
