Hi Weischbier,

Thanks for writting back. I have allready contacted the support. But I have to ask, When signed with Bossland, I tought it was your responsibillity as developer to make that HB dowloads is working, when someone buys the product from Buddy Store, or I'm wrong about that? I don't want your refound, all I'm asking for is some help to try and find a solution to why it dosen't work when enabled in Buddy Store.

And when it is enabled in store, it should so download automatic?

I do understand what you are saying, don't take it the wrong way. I just spliy asking because we all download from the same "Buddy Store" when purshaced a product correct? So how come some members can use, and some can't, when from the same source? As much you all is right it may be an HB issue, when some one tells em they experience issues like I do atm, it would mabey be in developers bedst intereste for it's product to work properly correct?

I'm not accusing anyone for anything, just simply trying to figure out why I can't use it, when paid for it. But I have send an e-mail to HB support, and waiting for a reply.

But huge thanks for all posts. And if there come any changes I will ofcourse post an fresh update.

It is indeed a HB issue.
We don't have control over what streams and what not. Especially not to whom.
As i stated before, you have to email the support. They can help you in a more effective way than we could.
The only steps I recommend taking:
  1. Delete the Buddystore Cache.bin
  2. Clean HB installation. That also means into a completely new folder.
  3. Make sure it is enabled to stream. If it is enabled, try disabling and re enabling it again.
  4. Upload a log. Maybe there is a conflict somewhere. And normally the log shows that.

Hi again Weischbier,

1. Did delete the Cache.Bin file (Well I did remove the hidden Buddy Store folder inside Bossland folder, is that the bin file you talk about)?
2. Tryed clean installation of HB up to several times
3. It is for sure enabled in Buddy Store. But I did disable and enabled it as yous subcribe (with re-start og HB)
4. I see a folder called logs, but it is empty, how do I get the log and upload it?
5. I have written to support as you suggested, thanks for that, but still waiting for a reply back.

I have bought it yes, refound it no. Only send HB support an mail so far.

do u have multiple store accounts with multiple HB keys? that's the only thing that comes to my mind atm.
as you already said (absolutely correct!) the contract we signed (as developer) with bossland says that we have to support the products, and so they have to work when bought on store, but like weischbier already said, we have no control about what is streamed to you.

but (i haven't read all the pages since i vanished from the forum some weeks ago, so excuse me about it) u could try (if not already done) to attach a log.
There are (not that much!!!) chances that the routine throws an exception (which would be a very specific one) and is not showing up for you (like said before that would be a very specific situation and i can't currently imagine any situation, since most of the time we had only trouble with some functions not working, but never that the whole routine crashed at the initialization)

well ... long story short, if u could do me a favor and attach a log, i would be able to check if it is a (rare) issue with the routine or not.

please rephrase your question. i don't get the point of what you are asking.
to help me understand what you are looking for / what is making u trouble -> attach a log, and tell me in some short words what is happening (or what is not happening)

the ui is still messed up :)
Weischbier is working hard on V2 with better GUI which is working (i was hoping that we would progress a lil bit faster on that task), i've only enabled those that are fully working, that was one step while cleaning up the gui.
all the other switches will be enabled on wednesday (i'll upload on wednesday, means they will work on thursday for you)

Hey Storm, are these changes now live? The version number in the routine selection window (upon HB start up) doesn't show the last four digits in the version number nor does it show the last four numbers in the HB window...it's just 1.0.1.69.

Hi there.
The only 2 routines that are promising for DK are this one and the TuanHA's one.
I do have the TuanHA's one but i feel like it is underperforming at the moment.
How is this routine doing on unholy?

I guess i'm going to do the trial to test it out. However there's still a few hours until i get home and would be nice if some of the users of this CR could say something about it.

That's a support thread, not a "which routine is better".
We are not comparing with other routines, because each dev has different approaches.
If u want to try it out, feel free to use the trial button in the store (it is for free, 7 days i think).
You'll have to login to the store, go to the products page, and then u can hit the trial button instead of the buy button (you have to be logged in)

Hey Storm...I think the last update broke the Defile/DnD hotkey function. Defile/DnD is missing it's On/Off switch in the hotkey sections which leaves it in the On position with no way to turn it off. Hopefully this can be hotfixed as soon as possible. I don't want to go into raid looking like I don't know how to play my class lol...


Edit: Ooooh I see...turning off Defile in the talents makes it so you can only use it with a hotkey. Kinda confusing/misleading, but I figured it out.

Thanks for the respond. I have now been in contact with the HB admin true e-mail support. And they don't seem to be able to help out, so back to square one again. Multiple accounts no I don't have that. I wish I knew why this is giving me the issues, I've noticed it once before, but only for a very short period of time, and I did get the product after a re-start.

I love to help you with an log, yes I can, but , sadly I'm nor aware how to make you one? But if you can be so kinde to try and explaine to me how I do that, I gladly do it.

HB did update today, but still no luck, your program is still enabled in the store, but not showing up as I log onto HB, and get to choose the program I want to use. And the bank did withdraw me for the payment yesterday, so I hope I can get it to work soon as possible. Just when it comes to certain things, well, sorry not the smartest guy in the world, or mabey due to age :D But waiting to hear from you guys, thanks again.
