Navigation failing

Still not working. This hasn't worked for more than an hour since I got in. Chargeback filed.

Plus it's always faster to ask for a refund than chargeback; as well as your acct gets a bad rep for chargeback (even if you don't see it)

I understand issues, however in the 5 days I've been using it, this product has worked correctly for less than 25% of that time. They extended my trial promising it was an uncommon issue, then it continued. Now I buy in, and the product is again not working. It just isn't worth having a product that barely functions.

it's been out for less than a week; and you purchased it as a discounted price. Once it's working a lot better - it will go to the non-slashed prices.

If you want a refund, that's fine; but our bot will be better in 2 weeks after release (1 week left) than the 'other' bots have been since May 15th

You got it all wrong. We do not need a refund, we need a fully 100% AFK product.
We are not mad that we paid and we are received something that was not stated before, but we complain that the product is not functional for long periods of time.
The whole idea is: keep my money but try to fix it, do not tell us "we will not fix it, take your money and go away" :)

Which would be fine, if I wasn't being told things that aren't true in the hope of getting me to buy into the product, only to have it prove completely unstable.

Navigation should not be server side. If that has been something that you were up-front about, I'm certain many users would never have bought in.

It is their right to set navigation server sided, you should know about this dark forum which had only 1 purpose, hack honorbuddy, and they did it , multiple times. Why can't they protect what is rightfully theirs ? Give it another week, if you see the progress in a couple of days, your mind should understand all will be well soon.

It's great that people believe all will be well soon because of their prior experience. As someone new to this product, all I have to go by is the last 5 days experience, which has been abysmal.

Navigation will be as we want it to be cause that way is the best way,if we are wrong

keep in mind tho that you dont care for DB more than we care,so let us know better what is correct or wrong or how the things should work

good critisism is what we need and its welcome,but you are far away from that point

It's a multitude of issues though. When a customer emails you and all the response you send is the following:

"2"

Which they then have to figure out means you apparently extended their trial, even though by the time I made sense of that, half that time was over anyways.

Not bothering to even explain your email.

The versions on the site not working as well as outdated versions.

It just seems like you aren't running a customer friendly operation. I'd love to be proven wrong as when the product does work it's great, unfortunately those times have been few and far between for this user.

"2" is not an acceptable customer service response.

Yes, but it's a bit sad that's your customer service response. I'd assume you'd want to know that's a shitty way to treat your customers, and want to improve so you can be more successful in the future.
 
this isnt mcdonalds and the customer isn't always right. Honestly I think that they have very poor responses to the people who they don't like (usually because of stupidity or attitude) which isn't ideal, but has nothing to do with their business, which is making the best D3 bot around

That might be their product, but their business is everything from the bot to customer service to payments and everything else.
