The BW team is currently working on restarting the problematic server. Per a long term solution, the nav server will soon be moved to a newer, more powerful server box which should resolve this particular issue once and for all.

As always, I'll post again as more information becomes available.

We're getting a new server to address these issues as it appears to be hardware failure causing intermittent planet issues.

It is actually not having local nav meshes that is causing all of our problems for the past fucking 2 years. The nav server has never fucking worked properly.

Unless you want to dedicate up to 20GB of RAM to one instance of BW, you can't. Thanks for the threats though.

I ve been using BW about a year and it has done whats it s supposed to do 98% of the time. Some of you guys just need to chill out.
If you don t like their product just stop using it and be done with it. You all have made tons of "credits" thanks to Aevitas' and the Buddy Teams work for 0.69€ a session A MONTH! You do your own math.

I m satisfied as long as BW is supported and working as it has been over the last year.
I bet this bot would have been shut down a year ago by any other company besides Bossland and I m thankful that they re still maintaining it.
I ve always gotten answers and support,be it from the Devs or dedicated Forum members.

Just my 2 cents...

Yeah I'm currently testing it with Developer and Walter to make sure it actually works properly before releasing it. Expecting to get it out today or tomorrow. Server is ready to go anyway.

The new server is live now. If you are prompted to update your BuddyWing, let it update itself and it'll automatically use the new, far beefier server. Planet data should be fully available and without exceptions again. If that's not the case, let or either Walter or Developer know and we'll get it sorted out.
