seriously, this is becoming a joke, if this is going to be down for 5 hrs i am not going to be happy
 
they sell a product, the product needs to be viable, restarts should be instant.
 
like i said there should be 2 persons for each region (US/EU/AUS) that have access to nav server reboot.
 
there is another bot, i dont know were its from, but i know 100% there is one.

Afaik there s only one worth mentioning which i won t here. And that one does not even come close to BWs capabilities. And it can t run in multiple instances.

BW when working is awesome, I d be willing to pay much more for it than I am if it had better support.
 
it needs to have people monitoring it 24/7 , especially if people are paying for it
 
This might sound silly, but can't they run a script to check if the service is running and if not to re-initiate it? Kinda funny for a bot company that relies on consumers to notify them when the product is down. Has it been a big pain that this thing crashes so frequently now, Yes!!! But when it works, its damm amazing. I would be more interested to know if there are plans on upgrading the Nav server. That would determine if my ride with BW continues or its time to move on. Love the community, but if there are no plans for an upgrade and more customers. Then its very troubling.
 
This is the number one bot out there and there have been more upgrades to this bot in the last week than in the last 3 months so it is moving in the right direction. The bot was basically given a stay of execution when they started reselling the license but those that have been here for even a couple of months knew it would be a rough ride until they got this baby going again.

There are people in this community that work hard on keeping this thing viable for now. This is the number one bot and the others that won't be named here but I have tried at least 4 or 5 different ones and have talked privately with other members about them and in the end this one wins hands down.

As far as the Nav server is concerned. They have heard so many complaints about it going down I am sure that it is on the To-Do list but the good news is that it is going down. Why? Because if it goes down more frequentley then that means more people are hitting it which means more revenue, which means upgrades they are a coming.

Sorry if I rambled on above but I just got up and have not had my pain patches or pain meds yet. Good Morning BW community.
 
Not sure if this has been posted anywhere but Nav is up. My toons are pumping away on thier planets.
