Nasty HB2 backstab

Well.. last week i have been using HB2 24 hours, and i think he got tired and backstab me :P
I let him farm mageweave cloth on my mage, on main, for first time, and when i came back after 2 hours
i realized that bot sold 150 flasks, and arround 100 green gems, including arround 100 food buffs... and it really cost... :P

well at least the arround 1k gold staff i lost, i can get them back ;)
 
Well, it's your fault:

1. Don't take anything you don't need with you. That includes food buffs, potions, gems, flasks, whatever. The more bag space you have, the better!

2. Learn 2 use the protected items files. Inside HB2 there's a file named ProtectedItems.xml. Add all your important stuff in there.

3. Learn 2 edit and read what a profile does. The only advice I can give you is to always sell ONLY GREY ITEMS and mail EVERYTHING ELSE to a mailer/banker alt. That way you can be sure you never lose anything, and you can always find it again on your alt.
 
m8, thank you for the tips, yes i know its my fault, but i dont need them, i already know them :)
it was just cz i want to farm 100 mageweave and go, and i didint think of this staff.

and this thread is not for complain , is to make a fun conversation, like ppl will comment their story like this :P

I've had the same problem a couple times, although I haven't lost much. When you keep extracting new copys of the bot for all of your toons, it's easy to forget the protected items file once in a blue moon.

ugh thats bad, atleast it didnt sell your 264 pve gear
 
Ouch, i feel for you man, i did the exact same thing as you but meh, but i only sold my green and blue gems. they arent worth much on the server, except the chalcedony 20g for 5 ish when i sold them.
