[N - Rep] Mana Tombs Endless Farm (Consortium rep)

Location: Mana-Tombs (in Terokkar Forest, Outland)
Rep gained: Consortium (about 2400 on Heroic, 1200 on normal but only through Friendly)
Repair: YES
Vendor: YES
Mailbox: YES
Quests: No
AFK: 100%

No special plugin required!

This profile will run Mana Tombs over and over until you stop it (even if you are exalted with the Consortium). If you start it with dungeons set to Heroic, then it will switch it back to Normal after it clears it. I took out the looting hard-coding, so it will follow your bot's setting on whether or not to loot corpses.

Mana Tombs only gives Consortium rep on Normal mode until you reach Honored. After that you only get rep on Heroic (i.e. once per day), so there isn't much of a sense to keeping this bot running after the Heroic clear, but I left it open in case somebody wants to. I personally prefer to run this once a day and get 2400 rep in secrecy than farming Zaxxis Insignias where people can see me botting. Even if you only run it once per day, this profile should at least save you the 15-30 minutes to clear the instance.

Known issues:
  • None (please test!)

Change Log:
  • 1.1 Portals now use GoThruPortal command, removed loot hard coding (now uses client setting)
  • 1.2 Reverted to MyCTM for portals. Also added vendor/repair/mail support (checks after each run, and flies to Shattrath if nedded). Changed bot to perma-run (not rep-based any more)

Actually I've been posting them as I am making them; only 4 more reps until "The Exalted" lol
The MT and the Botanica ones I actually don't even need, but I saw on here that people were looking for instance farming profiles so I learned the code and made a couple. Gives me something to do during this slow holiday season. :)
 
Do you need a melee char for this? I'm trying to use a warlock.

What I pm'ed: Made a post on here, my bot just runs into the boss and gets raped by 40 mobs. Like it doesn't attack any of the mobs in between. Am I doing something wrong?

Any class should be able to kill the things in this dungeon with this profile. Casters might face-pull more often than normal but if you are high-level it shouldn't matter. These mobs die to an 85 in a few hits, especially with AoE. Try to tailor your CC towards aoe if you are a caster and these will get much easier (since you are much higher level).

The reason the bot moves so close to the mobs is to make sure it kills as many things in the instance as possible for efficiency.
 
Is there anyway to kill between hotspots? I have that enabled
 
It should detect the path that it will take and proactively kill things along that path at an appropriate distance. You can also play around with increasing the pull distance after the bot starts.
 
Switched to demonology, fixed the issue of dying, the pulling and stuff is weird though. Still a good profile and I repped you. I think either my CC or HB is having issues killing between hotspots.
 
I updated this profile to use the GoThruPortal command, which should help with some people who were having issues with pathing after entering the instance.
 
Hi i use your profile to farm mana tombs and sell all things what the bot looted and i wrote some new and changed some lines and its working good but i have a huge problem when (in instance) the there is no free space in bags then the bot stops and cant move to the vendor. If you know some solution for this problem please wrote me how can be evasion this. Thanks
 
Right now the profile does not have any vendor support because if it needs to sell stuff mid-instance, it will try to run to the vendor (which is in another world) and breaks. I am in the process of adding vendor and mailbox support after each run, but haven't gotten to Mana Tombs quite yet. I wrote the profile for farming rep mostly, so adding the vendor and mail support is the next phase.
 
i already added mailbox and vendor and how hotspots to go back to the isntance but now i trying write that when the bots get full bag use hearthstone and go for the vendort and reset the instance and start again at the beginning.If i write these things at the bag min space part it will work or i need a start a custom lane for that problem?
 
The real issue, which I also ran into, is that the HB core logic tells the bot to run to a listed vendor or mailbox when it detects it needs to (full bags, damaged gear, etc.), but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to modify that core HB logic so that it does something else instead (like use a Hearthstone). If there is a way to change the trigger from "run to a vendor" to "hearthstone", then please somebody tell me! Changing the levels of the MinBagSpace at the top of the profile will only change WHEN the bot triggers the "sell/mail" logic, not WHAT it does when it is triggered. I purposely leave the profile devoid of vendors and mailboxes so that the bot doesn't try to use them (and fail) when inside an instance.

What I do is to have the bot check for full bags or damaged gear at one or more times during the profile, and then do a bunch of things in an If statement. Because the bot had to then continue back with the profile in a possibly half-cleared dungeon, I run this check at the end when the bot is resetting the instance anyway.

Today I changed this profile to run truly endlessly, even if you are already exalted with Consortium, since people use it for gold farming a lot. Also, I added vendor, repair, and mailbox support, which it will check for in between runs (flying to Shattrath if necessary).
 
Zikke, I noticed a few funky things in this profile, like the fact that it was checking if it was in Magister's Terrace, as well as settings itself to Normal despite me needing to farm on heroic, and a few other things.
I fixed it up for myself, just thought I'd post my modified version here for your review.

I haven't yet had to use the repair/vendor yet, but when I do I'll make sure that part is working as intended. For now it's untested.

The reference to Magisters' Terrace is probably my sloppy copy/pasting from other profiles... sorry about that.

I set the profile to set the difficulty back to Normal after each run because you can't farm anything on Heroic. It locks out for a day, so you can only farm on normal after the first run. Thanks for adding quests!
 
Haven't added quests on this one, I was just about too.

But now I feel like an idiot, of course you can't farm heroic :-( Maybe I'll have to write a warbeads profile.

UPDATE: Added Quests, removed Heroic switching based on rep.

Zikke do you play Horde or Alliance?

This isn't working for me. It runs into a wall when i start it inside Mana Tombs. Are the hotspots correct?
 
Try AtticusG3's fix inside the instance (or outside).

For some reason, I have trouble when the bot zones in/zones out of the instance. The bot just says, "Not in game!" while running into the wall.
