Korda Torros Farm

so.. farmed Korda Torros for the Forager's Gloves with a simple hotspot profile with rarekiller going off with his I.D.

These gloves are amazing and if you gather a lot in Mop I suggest you get them.

To the point...

This rare spawn is not 100% afk with a CC (at least to my awareness) due to his Yaungol Stomp ability. I'm interested in creating a 100% profile for him, Scritch, other requested spawns but I need a little more knowledge.


I am new to HB but I am not new to code.
If anybody could point me in the right direction to learn more about HB methods I would greatly appreciate it.

even just a profile to study would do the trick...


edit: To be a little more clear.. I know how to code the character to gtfo of range when that Spell is being cast, but detecting spell i.d., a gtfo method, etc..

bump because i know i'm not the only one who is interested in contributing to HB with impressive, non-halfassed profiles.
 
Hello, i was interrest by thoose gloves too, but look what i've found :

Made an account to post this, regarding fishing.

These gloves DO NOT affect fishing speed. People above were commenting that these gloves make casts "8 seconds faster".
I tested this myself. 50 casts with the gloves and 50 without, in open inland water in Kun-lai.

Average time taken to catch a fish WITH gloves = 14.84 sec
Average time taken WITHOUT gloves = 14.92 sec

This is not a statistically significant difference.

I'm a kinda of crazy optimisation guys, and even me i can tell u 0.08sec on cast is really too low to spend 1 day or 1 week to get thoose gloves
 
Perhaps when i'm back in January I can knock something together.
 
I have been camping him with this profile (gatherbuddy botbase + modified rarekiller plugin). Using a 471 ilevel PVP-geared blood DK. it can just eat the damage of this boss, as it does not hits so hard.

that profile does to work. theres pathing issues.

One time I almost farmed these, but then I had a Tauren Druid.
 
This still work? I'm gonna try the one that has the only working link, the all caps MINING PROFILE one :)
 
I am really interested in the gloves ... is there a working profile out there ?
And what does a "modified" rarekiller mean ?
