oh nevermind, I assumed from the get-go you needed a 3rd account but somehow after multiple reads of the original post I didn't see this mentioned so assumed I was perhaps missing something. So with only the two RAF'd accounts im basically fooked eh?

They don't need to be within 4 levels when attacking elite mobs the lower level toon will still get bonus xp from raf so you can use one level 85+ toon then raf your low level toon and boost it that way, although with more toons you get group bonus too!
No not fooked unless you don't have a high level toon on the 1st account or someone able to "loan" you a toon to boost.
So this whole time I have been struggling to run quest bot on two accounts or bgbuddy and keep them next to one another when I can use my main and the RAFd account?!? This still works? And your sure I don't just get severely nerfed xp off the mains kills? It's actually 3x bonus'd??
If so I assume this is faster than running quests 1-90?

Not sure why this thread keeps being bumped as the profile has been re-released by various different authors since this thread was started probably why I ignore it.
Yes the bonus is 300% xp as per RAF rules, this was cleared up in the thread several times but I can understand reluctance to read the whole thread to see the clarification, you will notice a difference if you use a level 85 and not a level 90 as the xp does differ depending on the the level, personally I used a level 80 with MoP gear (works a treat with DK) and you can also use heirlooms to increase xp gains too.
I don't use this method any more as its not as good as working 3 accounts at the same time while doing instance runs.
It's fast to a certain point like level 70 but then can take quite a while to hit 80 but its AFK if you don't have many people there so its what you can deal with I guess, personally I used to use it to smash the levels 10-68 then run the dungeons after to 80.

I just joined a month or so ago and I just found it. And yes reading 100+ pages is a bit much . You can understand my reluctance when blizzard themselves say u must be within 4 levels and all other posts I have found have been regarding 3 accounts. 2 raf and the power leveler. I just have 2 accounts but raf with two of the same level is nigh impossible without playing by hand. Even then can be a pain. This is looking like a great alternative so long as its faster than just running questbot by itself without raf at all.
You did mention it has been re released? Would you recommend I use another version/thread then or is it identical?

Same grind spot but the profiles do different things for mail/repair etc.
On the last page of this thread I provided one of them but there are others if you are willingly to look.
Personally I used my own which would run two between two hotspots instead of circling around.

To QWEE(r) who started this post and all others who do not have a clue about RAF, guys, you do not need any RAF as RAF would not work any better than normal accounts in this case !
if you read the RAF rules it's like pretty basic...LOL ...
summon one another every 30min , you will each gain triple experience while partied up to level 80, as long as your characters are within 4 levels of each other,
For every two levels the recruit's characters earn, one grantable level is gained. Recruit characters may then grant these levels to the veteran player's character as long as the character is lower in level than the level granting character.
both players within 100yrds , maximum 4 level's apart, and all targets(mobs) are RED for both, to be grant the RAF fast leveling.
Like I said, IGNORE the RAF part of this post....LMFAO
DELETE this thread or RENAME it to FAST LEVELING
and all this is from the MASTER RAF you've ever seen . feel free asking questions if you need help.
