My normal account bot not sent and forums not working.

I've been watiting like 15 hours to my bot still hasnt come and My normal forum account won't work ~ It's Navraj, I can't post new threads or anything.

Please activate my bot though.

Even when I click inactive services, My bot doesn't show up.
