My main(mule) got the banhammer

Well just keep submitting.. I would like to know what offenses my account was closed for as I never received a account closure email.
 
Sumbit a few more times and hopefully you'll get a message written by a actual human rather then it being automated.

Normally its pointless submitting but since you claim you didnt bot this account, You actually have some ground to stand on.
 
So your account was banned and you haven't got any response why?
 
This makes me wonder, is it safe to play with your mule while botting on other accounts? I have been playing ah with it while other accounts bot.
 
On the same Pc I think it would be a very bad idea. On another pc with no bot software installed, can't see it being a problem.
 
What about logging in to your laptop while bot is running on the dekstop?
 
If they have ever told you that Phone support doesn't do anything, they are wrong. I just had accounts turned over by a supervisor at Blizzard. It took multiple calls however, It did end up getting me results. Annoy the shit out of them, every time you call back, ask for a supervisor. Also, select the WoW option in the menu, they say there is no phone support for D3 ban issues, they also lied about this.

Did you get unban for botting or your mule account?
