My Lifetime epired and cant loginto BuddyAuth

My account was expired and i was told that it was going to be put onto a 2 year account now but it says expired insted

also:

Im getting an error when i log into BuddyAuth and cant login

Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.

as for the Bauth lock,just reset your pass
