My honorbuddy wont start , getting errors when start up.

Hey , first time making a thread here.

So I bought this 1 month Honorbuddy 3 days ago , I got all the requirements that is needed for Honorbuddy to work (far as I know and read)
I download and installed it , extracted the zip to a file on my desktop .
So when I try to to dubble click the Honorbuddy (the insect looking thingy file) I get this error when the window to Honorbuddy is trying to open. It wont even get me into the log in window before error comes.

So I tried redownload / reinstall it multiple times. Still wont work , so please someone help !
